Our square double wall cardboard box is an original take on our classic double wall packing box. You get all the benefits of two layers of resilient cardboard fluting combined with a square shape that is easy to stack, unload and can easily be handled by freight carriers. Save up on copious amounts of protective and void fill by choosing a fitted square box. The double layer also protects the products against drops, shakes, and – most importantly – side impacts while moving on conveyor belts.

The sturdy 5-mm corrugated cardboard is fully stackable, so you can make the best use of precious space during transportation or storage. The square shape makes handling stress-free and the maximum shipment weight of up to 15 kg (10 when stacked) ensures you can fit all the products your customer needs.

How to measure a box?

When measuring a cardboard box, it is important to consider three key dimensions: length, width and height. These measurements provide the internal dimensions of the carton, allowing you to define the space available to pack products and ensure they fit properly.

The dimensions provided on our website are in Millimetres and are following the order LENGTH x WIDTH X HEIGHT.

To measure correctly a cardboard box follow these instructions:

1. Length: start by measuring the longest side of the box base

2. Width: rotate the box 90 degres and measured the other side of the box base

3. Height:measure the distance from the base to the top
