Our small double wall cardboard boxes are a functional packing solution that will help you secure small-scale items without having to use large amounts of protective or void fill.
The double-fluted corrugated cardboard is both durable and versatile, and protects the encased products against drops, shakes, and – most importantly – side impacts while moving on conveyor belts.

The 5-mm walls provide a robust layer of security and are ideal to contain shipments up to 15 kg (or stacked shipments up to 10 kg). Small double wall cardboard boxes can support a weight of up to 15 kg or up to 10 kg for stacked shipments, making them particularly sturdy and reliable. Each box is made up of five layers – an outer layer of paper + a layer of flute + a layer of paper + another layer of flute + an outer layer of paper.
The five layers of alternating paper and flute make it sturdy and reliable, so it can easily withstand the adversities of a return shipment and protect the items against bumps and shakes that can cause damage. It is also ideal for stacking on a warehouse shelf or on a fully loaded pallet since it can easily withstand the weight of boxes on top.
