Our classic single wall boxes offer a cost-effective and no-frills packing option that is always reliable, easy to assemble and easy to unpack. While you may think it’s impossible to improve on perfection, these adjustable height boxes offer even more advantages!

These adjustable multi-depth boxes allow you to pack goods securely and simply remove the portion of the box that remains above the level of the product before finalising packing. This allows you to pack various types and quantities of goods more snugly, minimising extra space and the need for excessive packing material.

The adjustable boxes save you money by eliminating the need to buy multiple different-sized boxes, with a single box able to accommodate different delivery types, quantities and sizes. This also provides a saving on packing material and an extra level of security from shocks and bumps as you reduce the margin for the product to move around.  

Simply trim the corners of the box to the desired height and fold them tightly at the marks so that the sides fit snugly around your product.

Recommended for

• Packing, shipping and storing parcels for a recommended maximum weight up to 10 Kg, and up to 5 Kg if sent on pallets. But this recommendation may vary depending on the nature of the product and the void fill or protective material used. It also may vary depending on the shipping method used.

• Great for packing a range of product types and quantities, while minimising wasted space and excessive packing materials.

How to measure a box?

When measuring a cardboard box, it is important to consider three key dimensions: length, width and height. These measurements provide the internal dimensions of the carton, allowing you to define the space available to pack products and ensure they fit properly.

The dimensions provided on our website are in Millimetres and are following the order LENGTH x WIDTH X HEIGHT.

To measure correctly a cardboard box follow these instructions:

1. Length: start by measuring the longest side of the box base

2. Width: rotate the box 90 degres and measured the other side of the box base

3. Height:measure the distance from the base to the top
